A graduate from the University of Alabama and Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, Neal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Townsend Law. Licensed in Alabama, Arizona, Mississippi, and Texas, Neal has dedicated his life to serving clients across the Gulf Coast.
Throughout his career, Neal has taken numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts and obtained successful results in many jury trials. What sets Neal apart from many lawyers is his background in insurance and construction law: Before founding Townsend Law, Neal was a partner for an AMLAW 200 law firm, whose primary practice was representing insurance companies in complex litigation, with concentrations in the areas of construction defects; transportation and logistics; catastrophic personal injury, and representing professionals in malpractice cases, including architects, engineers, and physicians. Neal has represented many insurance carriers in his lifetime and now he plays an essential role in providing legal counseling to property management groups, condominium associations and other local businesses.
Outside of the office, Neal enjoys football, golf, and spending time with his wife, Erin, and their two children, Taylor and Vaughn.
